2.2 Compliance: You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these terms and conditions. You shall not use the Software for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purposes.

2.3 Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data entered into the Software. FeeFlow Technologies is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the data.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Software, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to FeeFlow Technologies. Your use of the Software does not grant you any ownership rights.

3.2 Feedback: If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Software, you grant FeeFlow Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such feedback for any purpose.

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1 Disclaimer: FeeFlow Technologies strives to provide reliable and secure Software, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

4.2 Indirect Damages: In no event shall FeeFlow Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.
