1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds for any subscription or purchase made on our platform. Since we provide a 7-day free trial, users have the opportunity to evaluate all features and functionalities before committing to a paid plan.

Once a subscription is activated, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of usage or cancellation.


2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users may choose to cancel their subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for unused periods.

  • Upon cancellation, users will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.


3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment – If a user is mistakenly charged twice for the same subscription, a refund may be processed after verification.

  • Technical Issues – If a verified technical issue prevents access to the software and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we may review a refund request at our sole discretion.
